Customer Success Specialist

Join the Customer Success team and help us improve the overall customer experience at Fusioo by building customized training programs and providing the next generation of customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Define whether Fusioo would be a great fit for a specific prospect
  • Customer on-boarding
  • Provide ongoing customer support
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Be the voice of the customer inside the company
  • Build customized training programs
  • Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
  • Expand our revenue through cross-sell and up-sell
  • Help existing clients get the most out of existing and new features

Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working remotely
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales experience
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement

Requirements

  • BSc Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree
  • English language full professional proficiency
