We’re happy to announce a new set of features that make sharing, organising, and formatting your data easier than ever.
This update introduces File Sharing, PDF Thumbnails, Rename Files, and a smarter way to place images in multiline text.
You can now share files in Fusioo. It works very similarly to how record sharing works - generate a link, optionally set a date after which the link is automatically deleted.
Sharing works for videos, PDFs, and images, and the copy-link button allows you to quickly grab the URL of the shared file.
Thumbnails are no longer limited to images. PDF attachments now get their own thumbnail previews, generated during upload.
You can now rename files, both in the record view/edit mode and in the gallery.
Renames propagate to storage and thumbnails, and the change is logged as a record update, so it appears in the timeline and triggers webhooks like any other edit.

Pasting or dragging an image into a multiline text field now stores the image in a linked file field and embeds only its URL in the text, instead of filling the field with a bulky string.
If no file field is available, Fusioo falls back to embedding the image directly, just like before.
Grid column order no longer has to follow the order of your fields. Columns in any grid view can now be rearranged independently of the underlying field sequence, so views and dashboards can be tuned for readability without touching the App’s field sequence.
Filtering by date just got more flexible with the new 'Is not today' condition for date, date time, and date range fields.
Records with empty dates are now included in results, and the 'not within previous' and 'not within next' conditions no longer exclude empty date fields.
We hope you enjoy the latest updates!
