Updates to Zapier integration

We are excited to announce that we have a new Zapier update that has been long-awaited by many of our users. Zapier is a powerful tool that allows you to connect Fusioo with thousands of other apps and automate your workflows. With this update, we have added new features and improved existing ones to make your integration with Zapier even better.

Here are some of the new updates that you can enjoy with the latest Zapier integration:

File retrieval

We are introducing an exciting feature to our Zapier integration. Now, you can seamlessly retrieve and save files directly from and into Fusioo from Zapier. This enhancement not only simplifies the process of managing files but also empowers teams to create a more cohesive and efficient workflow.

New Zapier actions

We are also introducing new Fusioo Actions that can be used in Zapier. From Zapier, you will now have the ability to Create new Fusioo records with File support, Update existing Fusioo records, Find Fusioo record, and Get Fusioo records. These actions allow you to create, update, find, and get records in Fusioo, using Zapier.

New Zapier triggers

We are also excited to announce a significant enhancement to our Fusioo-Zapier integration. Previously, our integration allowed you to seamlessly connect your Fusioo workspace with other applications, but it lacked trigger options. Now, we've taken it a step further by introducing four new triggers: Record Created, Deleted, Updated, and the dynamic "Record Created or Updated" trigger. These triggers open up a world of automation possibilities, enabling you to effortlessly orchestrate actions based on changes within your Fusioo workspace. Whether it's staying updated on the latest developments or responding instantly to newly created records, these triggers empower you to tailor your workflows to your precise needs.

Actions to take regarding your Zapier integration

The prior version of Zapier will continue to be accessible (in private mode) for users who are already utilizing it. Nevertheless, we strongly advise you to transition to the new version at your earliest convenience, so you can take full advantage of the fresh features and enhancements.

You can also add more Actions to your existing Zapier 'Zap' using the new Fusioo integration, even if you're still using the old Fusioo integration.

Please note, though, that if you currently making use of a Create Record action through our previous Zapier integration, updating to the new version is necessary to enable support for file uploads.
