Fusioo Technologies LTD ("Fusioo", "us", "we", or "our") operates Fusioo (the "Service").

Your privacy is extremely important to us. This page explains our online information practices and informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy does not govern all the information we may process. Our commitment to customers and service providers is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement. This Privacy Policy is also incorporated into and governed by our Terms and Conditions.

In all instances we are committed to transparency with our customers, employees, and to protecting your data privacy.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect?

Depending on your use of the Fusioo Service, we collect two types of information: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.

Personally Identifiable Information

Personally identifiable information identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. Examples of personally identifiable information include your name, IP address, company name, job title, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and billing and payment card information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Non-personally identifiable information is information, any single item of which, by itself, cannot be used to identify or contact you, including demographic information (such as age, profession, company industry, gender, current location, or zip code), IP addresses, browser types, domain names, and statistical data involving the use of the Fusioo Service.

When is the information collected?

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. You will voluntarily provide us with Personal Data which includes your name, email address and contact details when you:

  • Request products (including product evaluations, trials, and demos),services or information.
  • Purchase or register to use the Service.
  • Request and receive Customer Support.
  • Correspond with us or request information from us.
  • Provide billing and payment information.
  • Sign up to use the Services via an integrated service, such as LinkedIn or Google.
  • Post comments on our website.
  • Participate in discussion boards or other social media functions on our website.

Log Data

The security of your Personal Information is of extreme importance to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Retention of Personal Data

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we typically retain personal information we obtain about you for as long as it is needed:

(1) for the purposes for which we obtained it, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, which generally means that we will keep your personal information for the duration of our relationship or as long as you keep your account open with us

(2) to take into account applicable statute of limitation periods and comply with applicable laws, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. As described in our Data Processing Agreement, you may request that we delete your information or restrict the processing of such information by contacting us.

International Transfer

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

If we do so, we will transfer the personal information only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. To the extent required by applicable law, when we transfer your personal information to recipients in other countries, we will take measures to protect that information including, as appropriate, by executing data transfer agreements based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to article 46 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or by selecting data recipients that are certified to the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks.

If you are located outside Bulgaria and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to Bulgaria and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

Links To Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a Child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
