Discussions Widget
The Discussions widget is designed to streamline your communication and keep you in the loop across various Apps.
You can tailor the display to your preferences by specifying which discussions you want to be visible, putting you in control of the content that matters most.
Discussions Widget Settings

This setting offers the flexibility to choose which Apps' discussions are included, allowing you to customize the viewing experience. If preferences aren't specified, the widget automatically includes discussions from all the Apps the user has access to. Note: If no App is selected, all Apps the user has access to will be automatically included. |
| Followed Records Only |
With this setting, only discussions on records followed by the user will be displayed. |
| Priority Only |
Select this setting to only show discussions marked as high priority. |
| Include Resolved |
The setting will also include any discussions which have been marked as resolved. |
